THEATREclub are looking for an exemplary individual to join our team as our new Company Manager.
Founded in 2008, our company will be ten years old this November, and in that time we have gone from strength to strength, producing thousands of live events that start conversations that have lead to social change.
We want to meet someone who shares our values who can help to lead us to the next phase of growth for our company as we restructure for the next ten years.
We have received a grant from The Arts Council which will enable us to make a suite of work over the next 18 months.

THE THEATRE MACHINE TURNS YOU ON – a festival of new work with Project Arts Centre
CHILDSPLAY– development of a new play for children which interrogated how to talk to children about child abuse with dramaturgy from Tim Crouch and guidance from Christianne Sanderson a leader in the therapeutic field in this area.
Grace Dyas’s HEROIN 2019 – further touring of our award winning piece which just finished a successful run at The O’Reilly Theatre as part of The Radical Shift a campaign to decriminalise the drug user by 2020

Further touring of our piece The Game which looks at the act of buying sex.
A new version of NOT AT HOME made by artists from the north of Ireland to continue their campaign for abortion rights.
Post production on our new short film Aftermath by Barry O’Connor and Grace Dyas, and pre production on their first feature film.
Our company is structured as a collective Holocracy, so you would be working directly with the six company members Shane Byrne, Doireann Coady, Gemma Collins, Barry O’Connor, Grace Dyas and Eoin Winning.
As the needs of the company can be quite unpredictable – we find it’s best to set your working hours weekly. We’re happy for you to work around your schedule and let us know what you can do. The amount of hours a week will vary from 10 hours to 38 hours depending on the production.
If successful at interview, we will ask you to quote how you would like to be remunerated for the role.
The company will hire a producer for each project to work alongside you.
Your role will be to work on the strategic growth of the company, to run the day to day admin of the company and to support the producers we hire.
You will be responsible for long term planning with each THEATREclub member as well as looking after the well being of the company as an entity in itself.
You will work from our HQ in St Andrews Community Centre, Rialto.
Areas of focus will include;
-formulating the company as a company limited by guarantee, working with the company to recruit a board.
-devising a 10 year fundraising strategy
